Visual Message Locator - you have to login to Unity via the normal
process, then press option 5. (this needs to be enabled, either by
cos or some user level option)
As for message monitor, are you trying to get remote message monitor
to work or just plain message monitor? I haven't personally used
remote message monitor, but the normal message monitor works fine for
me. It sounds like you are trying to use remote message monitor with
a target set to your IP phone - if this is the case, you'll just want
to use normal message monitor for this.
