[cisco-voip] How to remove short abandon call from HR

Trying to find out if there is any way i can remove or hide short abandon
calls that show up in HR.  we have a lot of call that hit the que and then
hang up.  which kill our %.  want to know is there something that can be
done outside of custom reports.
