[cisco-voip] Bogen TAM-B to VIC2-2FXS

I spec'd it for a new CME install and just wanted to make sure I wasn't
getting myself into trouble.  I'm pretty sure I'll be OK.  I'll make sure I
have an ATA and E/M card with me just in case.
