[cisco-voip] operator phone 7961 line number

hi
i got 2851 callmanager express router. And operator uses 7961 ip phone
i configured the phone   dual line.DID number is 5701
 when 2 calls come to 5701 , phone lines become full.
how can i increase the number of answering calls.of operator phone's.

is it possible to use other buttons of the phone with the same number. or other buttons can be configured only for speed dial?
7960 has 6 button .  i wanna make 6 calls  coming to 5701 at the same time should be answered this .
