[cisco-voip] Repost - Attendant Console presence...

worth while looking at any AV software. I had a case -- not exactly
attendant console but with the IPCC sup and agents where the sup could
not see the agents state or sometimes sees it and then it dissappears
-- the problem in the end was the av software. Discovered it by making
my own laptop over which I have control the sup desktop and immediatly
it worked - then I know the problem was PC related.

Try the same -- make your laptop -- if it is clean -- one of the ac
users and see if you can see the line staes -- if yes you will know
your ccm config is correct etc and the problem is pc related

The only problem I ever had with the attendant console is currently
with version 4-2 some versions -- calls get stuck in the Q sometimes
and not presented to attendants till one resets the TCD service --
cisco is working on an engineering release because it is linked to a
bug. (only when q-ing ticked when configuring attendant pilpt points
via the accconfig.bat utility in dos.

Yeah...

AC works fine... except for this... someone suggested the Windows FW,
but it is disabled... someone else suggested disabling their AV... but
I haven't tried it yet.
