[cisco-voip] CUE: Access to personal mailbox from outside

Thanks Paul,
i don't mind about the 15 seconds but you know how the customer acts!
I guess the second solution is better.
So, what is the problem when calling voicemail through AA. Why wouldn't 
this exist when calling directly?
