Hi Johnny
Yes -- have checked basics -- found a doc on cco saying how one needs
to get jtapi versions in sync after call manager upgrades - I am going
to work through this and see if this helps. The licensing all was
valid and they worked well for several weeks before the call manager
upgrade.
will let know ho things go
thanks

You have connectivity to the IPCC servers I'm presuming?
I think they removed the necessity for having a share created to the
IPCC server, although might pay to double check as this used to
contain the licensing information.
Have you checked out your licensing on the IPCC cluster to ensure that
nothing has gone screwy due to the patch? Its unlikely.. but might pay
to check

has anyone seen this error message on an agent desktop before. The
customer is trying to re-install ana agent but gets the following
message:
The license or resource manager may be down. Please contact your
administrator
This agent work fine before. The only change made was that he now has
a new pc and the call manager cluster OS and ccm application was
upgraded from version 4-2-3 sr1 to ccm 4-2-3 sr2b with several reboots
of the publisher - subscriber servers
