Looks interesting. We actually are going to be testing their ARC Console
solution pretty soon. That was handled by someone else as I didn't even
know they had a call center product.
Any other suggestions out there?

Arc solutions has a product called call connect but I have no idea how it
compares to IPCC enterprise feature-wise.

Is anyone using another Call Center product out there that integrates well
with Call Mgr 4.1.3? We have reached the limits on our IPCC Express
server for users and supervisors and would like to investigate
alternatives. IPCC Enterprise represents a large increase in price so I
would prefer not to go tthat route. We would like a product that offers
redundancy and good reporting functionality (including custom reports).
Another IPCC Express box is an option but I'd like some other ideas.
Thanks,
Carlos
