[cisco-voip] 2801 MGCP Gateway on CCM 5.0

No, it has to be by name.

CCM has no idea where the gateway is... The gateway initiates the
registration process and tries to register with CCM using its hostname +
domain name (make the hostname the IP and that would work). So, CCM must be
configured with what the gateway is going to try to register with.
