[cisco-voip] Resetting All Phones on a System

We usually just watch Realtime Monitoring Tool like a hawk. Reset some
batch, watch as they unregister and see that the numbers come back up to
pre-reset levels. If they don't, out we go to find out what happened...

(The only time they don't is when there's a firmware load and we do too
many at a time. Clogs up TFTP. I agree with the others who recommend
resetting smaller numbers of phones at once. For us that means about
500 or fewer. 79x1 phones seem to give up more easily than the older
79x0 phones, but in all fairness, the firmware loads for the earlier
generation are much smaller.)
