[cisco-voip] CCM 4.0(2a)sr3c does not play MOH

Yes, only this service and also i rebooted.
I have noticed that the name of the ccm contains an (_) underscore which 
in the past, in an other installation,
have caused many problems that i could not even troubleshoot.
Do you think that an underscore might be causing all this mess?
