Doe anyone have a good link to agent creation in the Call Manager and
the ability also to provide limited function for a helpdesk supervisor
through a GUI interface of some kind? Thank you!

I'm not a pro, and I barely got mine working for SRST, but I think what
you are looking for is AAA accounting.
aaa group server radius group_name
server <ip-addr> auth-port <port> acct-port <port>
!
aaa accounting connection h323 stop-only group group_name
!
gw-accounting aaa
acct-template callhistory-detail
!
You can set up different profiles to send only specific data, and you'll
likely need to do a debug in order to match up the pairs, but it should
do you well.

Hey guys,
Is this question very stupid for all of you that anybody didn't
answer me?
I want to back up call history everyday but call history buffer
can't hold more than 200 calls so I want to back it up periodically
through all the day.
