[cisco-voip] TFTP from non-Cisco server to update 7970 firmware

If you are just wanting to update the firmware from non-cisco tftp server,
did you try specifying the tftp server in the "Load Server" field on the
device config page? Last time I did this it worked fine just with the
firmware file from the zip archive, but it was a few months ago when I tried
it, on a 7960. We were testing out the tftp feature on infoblox to load
firmware at remote sites.
