This is what I figured should work, but it immediately gives me a
routing error message as soon as the interdigit timeout expires. Let's
say I'm dialing 555-1212; I need to be able to dial the following on a
phone:

85551212

and have it translated to the following before it hits the PRI to the
PBX:

9200 <short pause... 0.5s or so> 5551212

Is this possible?
