Yes. Apparently, she was set up with the ability to change certain
parameters (level one or level two for example) by accessing the CCMUser
pages. I also need to be able to create/delete agents. I assume it
must be easy, but I can't find specific documentation. The system is up
and running, but I have never made this type of change before.

Do you mean user accounts for IPCC Express agents? And what kind of
functions do you want your helpdesk supervisor to have access to?
