[cisco-voip] 7941G-GE no dialtone or speakerphone (phone unresponsive)

Anyone else seen this issue? I'm thinking a load problem but uncertain.
I haven't seen too many of the Gigabit hardware phones.
Device is SEP0019553BB402, CP7941G-GE with 7.0(3.0S) load back to
CallManager 4.1(3)SR4b
Phone won't go off hook or give dial tone. Not a hookflash problem.
7941G-GE IP Address is 10.201.11.136, you can ping it!
CCMAdmin shows device is registered.

no response from phone web service
Telnet://10.201.11.136 80
GET /
"No response back"
Netmon capture filter between 10.201.10.11 (subscirber) and
10.201.11.136 (Phone)
Filter got 84 frames
Capture shows SCCP KeepAliveMessage and SCCPKeepAliveAckMessage going
back and forth

Again another phone has the same failure, no dial tone on the handset
nor the speaker,
Already tried **#** and didn't work.
The extension affected is 7120, belongs to Minerva Munguia.
The display is ok shows extension number and owner's name.
Please advice.
If it is a bad flash hook, then pressing the "Answer" softkey would
prove a bad flash hook as well.
