[cisco-voip] Strange IPC problem

Thanks to all the replies about IPC.

Here's some of the info in response:

We're running a Nortel VPN client called Contivity, version V06_01.102
The concentrator is a Nortel appliance running V05_00.303

The computer is one of our standard images;
but I will definitely look into that idea of a software conflict.
