[cisco-voip] Weird Problem with 7970s...

CallManager 5.1.1b... we have the CFB and CFNA set to go to vmail (check
boxes checked)...

We have noticed that every once in a while calls do not foward to voicemail,
they just ring and ring (calls to other extensions do go to voicemail) and
the only solution is to uncheck the boxes, save, check the boxes again and
save.

The customer does not find this to be an acceptable solution... is this a
bug?

7970s are running 8.2.1
