[cisco-voip] setting up t1 tie line E&M

i need to set up a t1 tie line from my voice gateway to a ivr server.  i need to provide clocking on my voice gateway side.  im doing a mgcp e&m 24 channel.  whats the cmds for clocking to make sure im the clocking source
