[cisco-voip] FXS port getting stuck

I have a fxs port on a router which seems to be acting up, I have 2851
router with 12.3.11T with a vic4fxs card, The Issue seems to be with only
one port which gets stuck after it gets a call and then remains off hook and
I have to do a shut no shut on the port to bring it to normal , Sometimes it
takes a lot of time with that as well, Am I looking at bad port and would
need to rma the card , any suggestions

Router is an MGCP g/w on cm.
CM 4.1.3
