[cisco-voip] IPCC Express BARS Restore

Can someone confirm that I need to use the "Restoring Cisco CRS" section 
of the install guide to restore to a different server (Fresh OS Install)? 
The procedure calls for you to 

1)start the installation on the IPCC server, Get to the repair option 
menu, choose restore
2) Go to the "BARS Server" (Publisher I assume) and start the restore 
procedure

follow the rest of the procedure to step 22.

Anyone done this before?
