You need to get your Cisco SE / Account Manager to get you a copy of the 
  rdnis_save.tcl script, which you'll run on your routers, and then the 
script that comes along with it that you run on IPCC (you can use the 
five-seat version that comes with CM)

In the call-manager-fallback part you specify the destination-pattern 
for busy and noan as a voip dialpeer that has the rdnis_save.tcl service.

I think you'll find that the vm-integration won't let you insert pauses, 
and if you use a PRI it sends all the digits at once, so you can't get 
into the correct Unity user mailbox and you just end up at the main 
greeting.
