[cisco-voip] Callmanager upgrade 4.1 >>> 5.1

We did a test upgrade yesterday:
Restored a BARS backup of our production pub to our test server, ran DMA (so
had about 3300 unregistered devices in the database at the time DMA was
run), then installed CCM 5 and loaded that DMA onto it. CallManager reports
approx 14000 DLU's. At 4 DLU's per 7960 thats in the right ballpark.
I'll see about doing a new DMA and add some "unknown" devices.
On another note... lesson learned: make sure you specify how you want your
DLU's if you order new ones. I just ordered 300 7960 phones + 1200 DLU's and
the DLU's arrived in packets of 10... yes I now have 15 pounds of license
units. I guess I didn't specify to the vendor that I wanted the license
packs in quantities that made sense.
