[cisco-voip] Using CAR to track incoming call information

I don't think CAR can give you want you are looking for, it seems to be
primarily setup for outbound call billing. You could do a SQL query on your
database to get a number of inbound calls. I'm not sure how you would find
which calls were transfered though from CDR info, would be interesting to
see how if it's possible.
