[cisco-voip] Unity Bridge not getting message from Octel

Both servers do a handshake when they first connect, using DTMF tones. 
If that doesn't work, if one of the servers isn't hearing the tones from 
the other, it'll just sit there like that. You should be able to use the 
BANANA tool to view information about your calls and why they failed. 
Take a look at the Bridge troubleshooting guide, it's quite thorough, 
explains what to check, what the error codes mean, etc:
