[cisco-voip] ccm4.2 video over intercluster trunk issues !!!

Just a thought here....Can you check on your CCM 4.1 server which is working
properly and see whether the CCM service parameter 'BRQ enabled' is set to
true?  By default, this parameter is false.  Possibly, this has been changed
to true on 4.1 but not on 4.2
