We had plenty of problems with TSP and 5.1, the best way to install is
to Pause or Stop the Telephony service then install the TSP and then
install the Wave drivers, if you are lucky it will work, we had about a
50/50 ratio of working against not working, which just doesn't make
sense even the PC's were exactly the same with the same build. Another
thing we found was that if you don't get it working on a PC, then you
never will no matter what we tried to do, either the TSP does not show
up in the Phones and Modems or it does show and the configure button is
greyed out, we had to re build a number of PC's to get this working
which is crazy. My advice is not to use TSP at all, especially if you
are going to be upgrading to 5.1. The trouble was we had given them
dialling from Outlook feature and then we couldn't really take this away
just cause we upgraded to 5.1, but I will not be trying to phase this
out ASAP.

Hi,
1. i have tried to configure it on a ccm 5.0(4) for the first
time so i
can dial contacts from Outlook.
2. I have downloaded the plugin from the admin page of the ccm
(version
5.1.018).
3. I installed it my PC.
4. I configure it: ie user, password and ip of ccm
the user has a phone associated with a phone.
But, in my outlook i cannot see the cisco tsp or the sepxxxx in
my dial
lines.
I looked around but i could not find any guide about this.
Any ideas? Has anyone dealt with this in the past?
