[cisco-voip] 7961 screens lock up with firmware load SCCP41.8-2-1S

99% of our 7961's use phone load SCCP41.8-2-1S

We are having an issue with a sporadic number of phones where they lock up
and the buttons don't work (i.e. no dial tone, when it rings can't pick up
call with handset, etc) 

 

We have been experimenting with phone load SCCP41.8-3-2SR1S, but do not have
any feedback as of yet. Anyone else experience this issue? Any success in
resolving via load versions?
