Alternate option (although somewhat painful) would be to intercept the
inbound calls (via a translation pattern or otherwise), point them at a
CTI route point going to the IVR, then proceed to run the calls as normal.
Or, run the gateway as H.323, and make the call routing decision right
on the gateway.
Or, run the gateway as H.323, use the B-ACD TCL script (or similar) to
do the prompting right on the gateway, then proceed to route the call.
