[cisco-voip] Cisco phones shipping with bad manufacturingloadthatcan't DHCP right

I had this problem with 3750 switches and 7960G phones.....once the firmware 
upgraded I never had the problem again......no one @ cisco was ever able to 
tell me if it was a bug, but since it was working and didn't have the 
problem again...i never worried about it....thought it was just me.
