[cisco-voip] Adjusting windows on 7960 display

I have users with 7960 phones. They have line 1 set up as their primary line
and line two set up as a rollover line. They chose to only receive 1
incoming call per line. When a user is on line 1 and then they get an
incoming call on line two, they can't see the caller ID on line 2 because
the pop up window that shows infor for line 1 covers all six line positions
on the display (even though there is no text in the entire window.
I need to no if there is a way to adjust the size of the pop up windows on a
7960.
