All,
Is there a way to leave a voice message for a call manager unity user
without actually ringing the phone beforehand?
Nortel does this via what's called "express messaging"..... You'd dial the
express messaging DN, and after being prompted for a mailbox number and
entering it, you'd be able to leave a message for the recipient without
having to call their extension and ring their phone..
Thanks,
