[cisco-voip] Problems with Cisco VT Advantage soft

We have small installation with about 20 VT Advantage cameras.
And it seems, there is a number of bugs in CUVA soft under Windows XP.

With previous version 2.0.2, there were periodical blue deaths,
influenced by
CDP packet driver. With new 2.0.3, it seems to be cured, but there remain
several other unsolved items.

1. (The most serious). On a number of workstations, CUVA soft refuses
often to see IP phone.
I can't see any system here. Sometimes it finds phone, while often the
soft doesn't see phone,
and it could appear again after several restarts without any feasible
system.
With firewall disabled, I do packets monitoring with wireshark. CUVA
sends CDP packets
every second and gets replies from IP phone. Nevertheless, it can't
establish connection.

2. The soft often can't set/remember camera settings, e.g. anti-flicker
option "50 Hz (European)",
which results in bad video quality.
