[cisco-voip] how to change Span to PC Port configuration in a 7941 phone

Hello folks,
Does anybody knows how to change the Span to PC Port configuration in a 7941 phone - No we cant do it through the web conf page since the option does not appear on it.
On the phone configuration i cant access it too, since the option appear but is disabled (not accessible), so i cant modify it.
Does anybody knows why does this happen and how to modify this setting ?
My Call Manager is a 4.2.3 version.
it seems a really stupid question but i really appreciate any help on it, since i cant put the supervisor monitor option of CRS running without this option on.
Really need help here,any thoughts or suggestions would be really appreciated !!!
