[cisco-voip] Abandonded calls in IPCC

There is no default length for a call. In essence, a call could come in
for 2 seconds, disconnect and be considered an abandoned call.

This can be configured inside the script however. You can use the set
session step to mark the call as "handled" until the call has been in
the queue for a certain amount of time. It is also important to always
mark a call handled before you transfer them out to voicemail or
anywhere else. Supervisors don't like high numbers of abandoned calls,
especially when they find out they are not legitimate.

Hi Everyone,

What is the default length of time a call is treated as an abandoned
call when entering a queue? If that makes any sense..

Like if a call enters the queue, sits there for x seconds, then
disconnects what does x have to be for this call to be treated as
abandoned?

And is this time configurable?

Cheers,

Johnny
