[cisco-voip] Abandonded calls in IPCC

Hi Johnny

If you are referring to IPCC Express, I believe that you need to
specifically mark the call as handled in your script, otherwise any contact
that hangs up before getting sent to an agent will get marked as abandoned -
even if they were never even in a queue.
