[cisco-voip] CallManager 5.1 with UCCX-45-CM-BUNDLE

I have a customer that bought a pre-loaded CallManager 5.1 7825
(MCS7825H3-K9-CMA2) and it came with UCCX-45-CM-BUNDLE (5 User IPCC
Express Bundle).

 

They bought a MCS-7825-H3-CCX1 for 5 User IPCC Express Bundle), where is
the OS 2000.4.5a operating system to come from for IPCC 4.5 Bundle?
