[cisco-voip] Enable Caller ID UNblock

Ryan, here's the response on the 2801:

Macro Exp.: 8*825551212
No match, result=1


Methinks the asterisk may be sort of a "reserved keyword".  (Maybe used as a
wildcard or something)
