[cisco-voip] Licensing and Phones

 I run CCM 4.1 and same version of Unity.
A lot of 7940s and 7960s.

I want to add some more phones.  I see in Unity, I am licensed for 250 users
(I assume this means 250 extensions).  Is CCM 4.1 licensed the same way?
Do I need to buy phones with the CM1 or CH1 suffix?  I am wondering if CCM
is licensed for 250 users and if I only have 200 phones, I can order just
about
any suffix model of phone I want.  What is the "spare" model anyways (the
one with the equal sign)?

Just curious.  I called TAC and they sent me a spreasheet about DLUs, not
what I needed at all!
