[cisco-voip] voice mail through CRS 4.5

I have a cluster of cisco CRS application ver 4.5. How can achieve the
following scenario:

When the caller dial on the specific externsion he listen the specific
recorded file and after
the end of the recorded file he can drop the voice mail message or something
this kind of
scenario where the administration can retrieve the voice mail
messages through phone sets.
Is this possible with the Cisco CRS? If so then how...
