[cisco-voip] MOH not working between clusters

MOH over an ICT is just like MOH between any two endpoints. If you
aren't hearing MOH it's either because the RTP stream isn't getting
to your phone or the MOH server isn't sending any RTP for some reason.
You need to look at IP connectivity between the MOH server and the
endpoint being put on hold. Whether you are using multicast or
unicast MOH will be important here.
You can use NetMon on the CM 4 server to do a quick check of whether
the MOH server is even sending the RTP.

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with Music on Hold between two CM clusters. One
cluster is running CM4 and the other UCM5.1.3.1000-12.
Music on Hold out to the PSTN works fine but not between the two
clusters. Phones in the UCM5 cluster hear MOH ok also.
Testing shows that the remote addresses change to the multicast MOH
address but only silence is heard.
Does anyone have any tips to look for with MOH over an intercluster
trunk?
Cheers
D
