[cisco-voip] Outbound calls failing 0x80D2 - Identified channel does not exist

Hi,
Thanks for this... It seems that despite originally being told we are
delivered 30 channels on the PRI's here by our telco guys, we infact
only receive 20.
I have done the busying out of the last channels as in the info below
and that has resolved the problem.. Thanks.
