[cisco-voip] install CCM4.1(3) on HP DL380G5 Server.

I have seen this same message and it says OK or Cancel... if you hit
OK it just installs...

Generally it has happened when I am rebuilding a box and a later OS
update has updated the firmware past the version installed by the
original OS disks... you should be able to just bypass this and
install...

Another possibility is that you need to wipe out the array...
