[cisco-voip] Unity Full Mailbox behavior

After enabling Unity to Check for a user's mailbox being full and telling 
the outside caller that they can't leave a message with the Unity Advanced 
Options the default is to then transfer the caller to the Opening 
Greeting.  How can I change this to do something different?  I tried 
watching the progress of a call but using Status Monitor, Port Monitor but 
that was still inconclusive.  I also looked at all the options under 
subscribers but I didn't see anything that would change this behavior.  If 
anyone has done this before any help would be appreciated.
