[cisco-voip] CCM 6.01 NIC Speed/Duplex

What is the recommended way to set the speed/duplex in CCM 6.x?  Right
now, have a speed/duplex mismatch I'm fixing tonight and should I set
the server to auto and switch port, or  hard code both sides?

Right now, the servers NIC Eth0 is set to auto. If I use the commands
to hard set it, does that require a reboot of server or
stopping/starting of any services or will it just take the changes on
the fly?
