[cisco-voip] CCM 6.01 NIC Speed/Duplex

at CLI:
admin:set network nic eth0 ?
Syntax:
set network nic eth0 param [value]
param   mandatory   auto, speed, duplex
value   mandatory   for auto  : [en/dis]
                    for speed : [10/100]
                    for duplex: [half/full]

NOTE: 1000BASE-T can only be enabled via auto-negotiation

No reboot required.  It warns you not to do it over ssh.  However I've 
always done it over ssh and worked out so far.  YMMV.
