[cisco-voip] install CCM4.1(3) on HP DL380G5 Server.

Yes. I found some info from Cisco about cisco voip/ipt solution with HP/IBM
servers. there are some detailed spec of the server.

I think it is useful if someone else would use HP/IBM server again...
