[cisco-voip] Calls to Arc have are delayed.

This weekend, we made a change to one of out Arc servers, we previously had
one instance of the TSP running on the Arc server with all devices, CTI
route points etc associated with the one user. However we did have more
devices associated than recomended although it was working fine and we
hadn't experienced any issues. As pr recommendation by Arc we split up the
devices among 6 users and installed 6 instances of the TSP on the Arc
server. On testing at the weekend, all appeared to be fine calls were coming
through fine to all the operators we tested, but now when there is
further load on the system we are getting intermittent calls with
approximately 10 seconds delay before they are hitting the Arc consoles. We
have all the TSP's pointing to different CTI managers, with the CTI route
points etc associated to one TSP and all the devices spread across the
further 5. Anoyone come across anything similar or any tips on
troubleshooting the CTI.
