[cisco-voip] CDR Records Missing?

One more thing,  should the CDR insert service only run on one callmanager?
Currently it is only running on one, and I am pretty certain that is one of
the services that is suppose to only run on one, but not sure.  And if it is
only running on one could it create a problem with why I am not seeing all
the call details I expect?
