Did they generate an actual IPCCX 5 license file for you? I've been through
two SR's now explaining exactly what you mentioned (that I am reinstalling
existing server to 5.0 from scratch, old version was 4.0 etc) and provided
the PAK from my upgrade kit and both times the only license i've received
back is an upgrade license file which doesn't specify any features (and i'm
not certain its supposed to). The licensing people apparently do not know
what its supposed to look like either, the last one just told me today to
open a TAC case.

Trying to get a 2003 server slapped together in the lab that will install
CRS 5 so I can test the current license files myself before calling TAC...
the only supported servers I have for CRS are in production so this may
prove interesting, hope this reg hack I have works :)
